On November 4, 2024, Dr. Rheinllaeder Phlipp, an expert in the field of hydrogen energy from Germany, officially joined Shengshui Technology as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of its Singapore subsidiary, Hydrogen Contango, and became a member of Shengshui's Technical Committee. He will be based in both Shanghai and Germany, primarily responsible for expanding into overseas markets and providing technical guidance.

Dr. Phlipp earned his Ph.D. from the Technische Universität München (TUM) in Germany, where he studied under Prof. Hubert A. Gasteiger, a pioneer in the global hydrogen energy field, focusing on research in electrochemistry. His appointment signifies a solid step forward in Mizui Technology's strategic layout in the global hydrogen energy market.
